Raising a concern/making a complaint 

Crown Wood Primary School welcomes comments and suggestions.  If you would like to contact us, please do so on 01344 485448 or via secretary@crownwoodprimary.co.uk.

Should you have any cause for concern regarding the education of your child, you should:

• Speak to your child's teacher in the first instance;
• In the unlikely event they are unable to resolve the issue, speak to the Year Group or Phase Leader (see here for the current staff list).;
• Should this not resolve your concern, bring the matter to the attention of the Headteacher;

If you have a complaint or concern that you feel has not been resolved after taking the steps above, you can make a complaint here. Please do not use this form if you have not first contacted us to try to resolve the concern informally.
